Jason Alderton – Servicing Quality Control Team Lead
Jason Alderton is the Servicing Quality Control Team Lead, responsible for training, workflow management, on-boarding new clients, compiling client data/reporting, and assisting with client relations. Jason is also responsible for performing loan-level auditing for high volume clients, focusing on identifying trends and “red flags,” and communicating findings to the client management team.
Prior to joining SQC, Jason was part of the Production Support team in the Correspondent Lending channel of PennyMac Loan Services. He was responsible for loan file quality control reviews ensuring compliance with GSE, HUD, and Company guidelines. Additionally, he was part of the transition team charged with training and performing quality control reviews of off-shore staff and resolving all escalated tasks.
